Greg Braden proposes that our connection to the quantum field is through our hearts. Apparently our hearts are our bodies' most powerful electromagnet, far more powerful than our brains. The heart is where we experience the feelings that are caused by our thoughts which in turn arise as we compare our life experiences with our beliefs. The sequence looks something like this:
CIRCUMSTANCE > BELIEF > THOUGHT > FEELING > FIELD > EFFECT
So we can see that, if we are to communicate effectively with the quantum field, we have to feel. For example, it is not sufficient to think we would like to have a better relationship with someone. We have to feel that better relationship as if it were actually happening. In fact if we were to think we wanted a better relationship, we would almost certainly be feeling that the relationship was currently poor. This would cause it to be so.
Try this exercise, think of a change you'd like to happen, and in a quiet space close your eyes. Experience the change exactly as you want it to be. Don't let yourself believe anything other than positive situation you desire.
